Six years of full-stack .NET across fintech and enterprise platforms — investment software, B2B payments, corporate social networking. My current work is AI: an agentic chat and knowledge base inside a multi-tenant enterprise product.
Three years on Intelliflo — digital investment analysis and financial advice across the Australian, US and UK markets, 50+ microservices and a 200-person engineering org. Then a greenfield B2B/B2C payments platform on .NET 8 with event sourcing, Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry. Regulated domains with strict correctness and audit requirements.
My current focus at Interact is the platform's AI direction — an agentic AI chat and a knowledge base over multi-tenant enterprise content. The earlier iterations of the same product taught me the operational side of AI features at scale — I profiled the RAG loop and took chat responses from ~11–12s down to ~6–7s, raised the prompt-cache hit rate to 60–80%, moved translation workloads to batch inference at roughly half the token cost.
C# and .NET from Framework 4.8 through .NET 8, with React, Vue, Angular and Razor Pages on the front depending on what the codebase needed. Monoliths and microservices, Dapper and NHibernate and EF, MS SQL and CosmosDB and Elasticsearch. I own features from discovery through production rollout, including the legacy parts of the codebase.
Building and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines since 2019; day-to-day AWS (SQS, SNS, S3) and Docker at Intelliflo; Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry tracing and delivery automation on the payments platform. Outside work I keep a homelab — Traefik, Cloudflare Tunnel, self-hosted LLM inference — because I genuinely enjoy the infrastructure side.
